I am a UX Designer with a multidisciplinary background in business, psychology, technology, and visual design. Over the years, I have learned that good design is not only about how things look, but about understanding people, their needs, and the context in which they use a product.

My journey started with a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management in Vietnam, where I developed an interest in how visual communication can support business. I later pursued a second Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive and Media Science in Germany, where I explored psychology, human behaviour, and IT. Along the way, I continued to strengthen my creative skills through further education in Graphic Design and Certified UX Design.

Today, I enjoy turning complex ideas and problems into clear, intuitive experiences. I love designing, understanding people, and finding the connection between human needs and technology.
